Bad Service

Bad service at Nedbank. I gave been in the que to collect a card for more than an hour of typing this. Still on the bank. I will probably spent another hour in here considering that I am number 3. There's a few staff members who are doing nothing. Cherry on top, one of the male staff member is walking up and down doing nothing. I have never experienced icu incompetence. So next time you think of coming to the bank, make sure it's not Nedbank Festival Mall. Did I mention that social distancing is out the window. People are complaining outside. They have been standing on wrong lines, very close and personal . Now you know why the virus will keep spreading. I'm not even expecting feedback for this. That's just how Nedbank operates.
