Bad service

I have Nedbank car insurance August i had a problem with my bank so they did not get the money on my account last month they never deduct the money this month again please i have been paying for this car insurance from 2019 i cannot loose it now ......i have been sending mails telling you that i do not have phone i only have access on emails
