Bad service

I went to nedbank vereeniging at around 7:30 trying to open an account,oh yes the reception help open an account but,she ask me to transfer money into the account which I did.when I tried transfer or send money the showed an error while I was in the brunch I showed the receiption my error And she referred me to one of the consultants and none of them help me even now.time 14:00.then half of stuff decided to go for lunch which I waited until 15:00.then the manager came then she hand me a new ticket to wait
