Bad service

Nedbank Last year Oct my cards expired and went to fetch them in Dec @ carnival mall. To my surprise i only used those cards three times and they were blocked. The last time i went to the ATM i got the shock of my life because On the display screen the initials on the atm the initials are not mine. Then i ordered new cards in Jan till to date nothing. It’s such an inconvenience because i cannot withdraw money unless i do cash send and it’s costing me money. I tried contacting Ned but all i get is them saying my cards will be delivered but nothing. I’m very much disappointed and i want to move my account
