Bad Service!

I recently found out on the bureau I have a Nedbank account I was not aware of. Ever since dealing with Nedbank, no one could really help. Initially the branch and call center could not find the account. Eventually, they found it and I made a payment just to discover the payment does not reflect on the account or the bureau. After enquiring I was told the account had been handed over but both numbers *** & *** 790) are out of service! Really bad service!
