Bad Service

I app**** for a credit card online and it was a nice and quick process. The delivery company called me to set up delivery times and dates. I missed the call and I called them back and they advised that they need to go bank to Nedbank To confirm when they will be sending the card over. I followed up with the delivery company twice and I got the same feedback, they are waiting on Nedbank.

It’s been about 3 weeks and still nothing. Please send me feedback because waiting is not helping me This is not the service I expected from you. Please may I be provided with an update ASAP
