Bad service

I'm very dissapointed in Nedbank insurance. Claim outcome has been extended. All necessary documentation already submitted, but claim seems to difficult to handle. Was told will take 3days turn around time. Has been a week and now extended to more days.

Very dissapointed!!!! I want it solved today
