Bad service

I am behind in my personal loan due to hard times. I made arrangements with this bank to make monthly payments of R2000.00 starting on 20 Feb 2021.

However, without any reason they deducted R5714 from my account on 14 Feb 2021. Now I cannot pay my water and lights account.

I mean, how dare they?

I also still await feedback on an insurance claim that I submitted a year ago.

Still no feedback.

It is really sad to have to deal with such an *********** bank.
