Bad service

Recently contacted Nedbank on the chat box. Assisted by a lady named Mabotle Moshesh. Very rude and have no sympathy to clients!

Asked her to assist with an authorised debit order to be reversed back, girl legit told told me where to get off, only solution was for to contact this guys debiting me. I was assisted before by a consultant and didn’t give me ran arounds.

Not happy with that girls attitude and unwillingness to help.
