Bad service

It's been a week since I transferred money from Nedbank and it has not cleared, I'm not getting any assistance. I was called on Friday and told funds will be reversed within 48 hours still nothing. This is such an inconvenience as I'm incurring unnecessary expenses not having access to my MONEY
