Good Evening<br> <br> I just wanted to bring something to your attention. I purchased property through your bank from Cosmopolitan. I stopped payment last year because of problems I have at hand with the property. Today I had one of your assessor by the name of Selo at my house to assess the place. He said things that didn't go well with me. He said its normal for a house to have cracks just after it's been built. I'm shocked for days. He just didn't have time for me because he said he was in a hurry for other appointments like I'm also not a client. I know I'm not rich enough because if I was staying in Dainfern or Sandton he would have treated me with respect. One thing I can tell you is that Cosmopolitan is just after money and they are not willing to fix the problem at hand. They keep asking me to release the funds. I will not do that up until this is sorted. A lot of people by Cosmo Creek that bought house through them are complaining about these cracks. If there houses where up to standard they would not be fixing cracks after 3 months. How would you feel if I was to tell people not to apply for home loans through your back because of these problems. Good service first money later
