Bad service

Very poor and bad service. App**** for a credit card limit Increase a week ago. I was told it takes up to 5 working days well well lie no 1. Then I had to constantly phone them and get cut off numerous times. Still no answer. Got a email stating I have to send 3 months bank statements witch I did on day 1 when app****. Why does it take them 1 week to tell you about documents. Latest when I phone I was told it is pending but they can't tell why because I was supposed to get feedback already. The staff does not even know what is going on. I opened a account to transfer my wages ans everything to nedbank but with this type of service I doubt. Very bad. Very unhappy. They just don't care about clients.
