Bad service

Joined Nedbank hoping for a better service however it's been the worst experience i cannot wish on anyone, i got on SMS to go to the branch to FICA my account went to the branch for FICA on the 24th of July, gave them my ID and took finger printers and all the was told all is well, i left and a few weeks late i get the SMS again, while my account was still active and out of curiosity i call customer care to find out and was told yes they can see i did go to the branch and all was taken, they do not know why the account is still flagged however they will escalate the matter and cancel/dispute the flag, but few days later i still get the SMS and because even in the first place i had to take time off work to go to the branch as i don't have time, i call again and the lady told me she will escalate it there is nothing they can do from her side, okay waited for 3 days and with no feedback i call again and was told no the FICA was never done i'll have to go to the branch again, now I'm shocked, worried and furious because my account has been frozen my debits are not going through, my car is not insured, I'm without electricity we just welcomed a new born i cannot even do anything for her as my money is frozen, i'm incurring charges for bouncing debit orders
