Bad Service

App**** for a home loan through a bond originator, Nedbank which has been my bank for the last 20 years came back with a offer and interest rate of 11.15%. A different bank whom I don't deal with offered me a better rate of 9.67%. After trying on numerous occasions through the call centre and the Gentleman helping us at Nedbank to get them to meet the other offer, the higher credit department could not help me and are not concerned that I am going to move my accounts including investments over to this new bank. I find this shocking that they will not assist a loyal client of 20 years....
