Incompetency. After making several arrangement with Nedbank home loans regards the arrears amount they debit the account after i have been making cash payments for more than 4 months now. my communication with your consultant was to cancel all debit orders and ill make cash payments, the instalment with the arrears amount, Now again you have debited the account i want that money back in my account today still.
