Bad Service

I Have never in my life fine a Branch that is not willing to assist people like a branch from Nedbank Dobsonville - We have been trying to open a club account for 2 weeks now. Today we go there after we made an appoint we are yet sent away because the bank doesnt have a banker - I mean they knew that we were coming for a club account with our details on the appointment details but they fail to call us - We taking day-off just to be sent away. This Branch needs a reshuffle . People are used to that place mostly the laddies that are working there. We have to drive far to get same service that the branch has because they treat us like trash. If really this branch is not useful please can we just have ATM,s only
