Bad service

Carnel de Esclana is the worst administrator that we are dealing with....she was appointment last year October for our parents late estate accounts.

She's forever saying that she's waiting for the service providers and she's lying because they all said they waiting for her as she got time to play,some already paid out.

She even said ABSA will take 12 months to close the car VAF and which is she's lying... can this matter be concluded next week, because she refuses to give us a statement for our parents estates account.
