Bad Service

I contacted Nedbank personal loan division 23rd October 2021 and spoke to Bongi Sithole. She gave me her direct email address for me to send my documents for the matter I queried about. I sent the docs on Monday 25th Oct and no response from her. She responded Tuesday and said she will finalize it. However no response on Wednesday. She responded on Thursday. And still today the matter is not resolved and she no longer responds.
