Bad Service

I am so appalled by the level of service that Nedbank provides. I recently took out a personal loan and a sales lady offered a cash back of R200 every month on my loan. I only received 1 cash back and it was a month late. I have to keep on calling to remind them and every time I do, they are apparently waiting for feedback from their manager. Something needs to be done.
