BAD SERVICE

Such a bad service I received today at Nedbank Wonderpark..I took a ticket out for my mom for card replacement..I went outside to answer my phone when I came back outside unfortunately the number was read When I came back my mom said it sounded as if her number was read The lady whom I asked from the Lion office just answered me RUDELY that I should take another ticket I was just asking a simple question and expected to be answered nicely so.She answered me rudely,took out another ticket and left Is that what we call customer services???How are we treating our customers? Are we being judged by our appearances??Because what that lady did she judged me by my looks and appearance
