Bad service

Service i receive from entire Nedbank from Home loan to my accounts with them is so bad. No request accomplished. For example I went to Brooklyn Branch Pretoria to close account just discovered that account was not closed I still get notifications of such accounts. When I called they confirmed it was not closed, I was helped by a guy named Prince just do not recall surname.

A lot had happened I no longer trust them with anything, is been two month now waiting documents for restructuring home loan contract.
