Bad Service

I visited the Nedbank Branch at Kolonnade on the 23rd of January and I received the utmost worst service from Lebo Tsele who was helping me. Went to check why I still can’t change my details on the app as her Lebo at the Nedbank only to find that she did not complete everything for my new account and worse she said to me I can do anything on the app. I only managed to update my email address to my surprise I got an email that says my card is ready for collection at Clearwater Mall mind you I stay in Pretoria North.

Went to the same branch last week Saturday and no one could assist even the manager that was there couldn’t assist instead I was told that it’s the Nedbank system there’s nothing they can do they can’t change the system. So I’m sitting here without a card and with the incorrect details on my new account.
