BAD SERVICE

On the 1/11/2022 I went to an ATM in Greenacres branch, to withdraw an instant money voucher. Transaction went through and instead of getting money the ATM had a technical error, I immediately called one of the security staff, just to show him I do not have money on me, and footage will prove that as well, she advised that I try again, where the ATM then said "voucher is already used" I was directed to go in and report the lady that spoke to me said I should log a case with the call Centre and should wait 24 hrs as funds will be reversed to senders account. I called the Centre, was given ref.number and was advised TAT of 1hour for a refund and a courtesy call which never happened. Called again around 4pm for my call dropped after I was advised it will be 24hrs. I called again this morning to be told I will be refunded after 3 business days. I need the funds asap, I have escalated the issue already this morning and I am awaiting a call from a Resolution Manager, I am making my way to the branch to close my account.
