Bad service 😞

I've experienced a very bad service with Nedbank after taking a credit and accepted debit check twice on my banking only for them not to deduct and called me that my account is in arrears with R600+. Debit check was accepted the day I app**** and again when the interest changes in November. But the failed to debit now I have to deal with the bad consequences of their incompetence. 😟
