Bad service.
Hi,
The loan was taken out over 10 years and paid up, Nedbank refuse for Experian and Compuscan to to remove it from the payment profile. I have been calling them for years to pay it up and nobody could help me until I escalated the matter to the CEO. Is this some kind of joke to keep it on my payment profile!
