Bad service
The waiting period at Nedbank East rand Mall on Saturday was stationary on 44 minutes according to there board. I waited for 40 minutes it never changed and then in that period only one person was helped!!! absolutely pathetic

06 Aug 2019, 14:19Now to top it all I bought prepaid electricity online and they gave me a duplicate voucher number that was sent to me in April. Call centre could not assist and say turn around time is 48 hrs to 5 days and in the mean time I am stuck without electricity. And nedbank could not care less
