Bad service

I toke out a scratch and dent policy early last year I tried to put a claim through however it came back unsucessfull with incomplete document i refilled it in with all the relevent check photos and quotes in April mont with a second claim and i phoned to foollow up they just resend me the same claim over and over

To me it seems like they just sign a person on claim the installment every month and when you try to claim it fels on deaph ears

And now the contract almost over with no claims and the fact thathey say that my vehicle isnow full of dents and the value gonna drop couse of it thats very sad

Please help
