BAD SERVICE

I am currently in prison and made out a Power of Attorney that my friend handle all my affairs with the Bank. Despite sending them all the relevant documents they needed ,my friend can still not get access to my account.I need to pay my son's school fees and because of their reluctance I had to forfeit a R1200 discount I would have received from the school. I also want to invest some of my money into a different account.My money is just laying in my Cheque Account getting NO Interest. They say that their Lawyers have not given them a reply yet.It is now going for 3 months My son must walk around at school with embarrassment. Thank you Lincoln Roland Lee
