Bad service

I am appalled at the level of disregard and service shown by the nedbank branch in church street, Pietermaritzburg !!!! This is the second time this has happened but today was the worst, i get to the branch and wait for the next available consultant. Only for find that the ladies are busy greeting each other and asking each other for Sweets. The guys are asking each other about some girl wearing glasses they had met, who was sitting near the door(i don't know if they were in a workshop or what, when they met this mystery lady ) i ended up leaving without being assisted.

This branch is giving nedbank a bad name, since i always enjoy good service in the Hayfields branch!!
