Bad service

I am very disappointed in the services of the legal department I was called last year October 2017 and was offered a discount to pay off a credit card, I then accepted the offer paid off over a three month period as per the agreement and was paid up January 2018 and heard nothing from the attorneys again till July 2018 informing me that I now owe R5000 some odd rands on this same credit card,which I then informed them that I have long paid off this card and yet its still not removed from ITC...I've contacted nedbank complaints department as well as the attorneys yet promises of this being sorted had not materialized a whole month later ...I will be taking this further.
