Bad service

Yesterday around about 18:03pm, I made a cash deposit of R1800.00 at a nedbank atm at the branch. Available amount after the deposit was R1844. 00

The money reflected immediately into my account without SMS being sent. I then made a transfer of a R1000 to investment account it went through successfully.

R800 was left. I made purchase last night of about R197 and R603 was left in my account.

Yesterday morning I also requested a R1000 from investment account which clears in 24hour, because in my investment account was a R1000. That 24hours is suppose to be today the 23rd of June 2018. (Today)

Because I requested the R1000 yesterday morning early, around about 8-9am I recieved money during the day from a friend and decided to deposit it. Which was the R1800. And because I received the amount of R1800 I decided to pay back the R1000 to my investment. So that's where I transferred the R1000 from the R1800.

When I woke up this morning -R 199 was left in my account.

Nedbank can't explain to me what happened. How is that possible? I must now wait until system updates which also takes up to 2 business days. And In the meanwhile I have no money. Only my investment account shows the 1000.

Nedbank is quick to receive money. But when it has to be paid back to the client. It suddenly have procedures. Bad of nedbank.

1st time I experienced something like this.

I hope it can soon be solved... As I don't have money available in my account. And this is clearly not my fault. This is a system error. Slow response.
