Bad service

Am so disappointed with the service I got from Nedbank CBD Rustenburg on the 02/03/2022. From the moment we entered the branch the lady who was assisting us was Very rude... And the part is that we had a letter from the Estate that says the must give us money to bury our father mara we're told different stories 💔😭💔 Now we are on credit we have to give people they are money...💔😭💔💔
