Bad service

The staff members are ***********, I complained about it and they apologised. The very same incompetence caused them to block my account. I went to the branch to fix it and was told that it will be sorted within 24 hours. I went there today and the issue isn't sorted. They called security to remove me from the branch and I wasn't violent. Staff incompetence and attitude. They didn't have even name tags at the branch.
