Bad service

I had a nedbank Credit Card which was handed over to Jay Mothobi incorporated , they called and we agreed that if I pay off the credit card they will remove the default on Itc to my disappointment it's still shows tried calling them a number of times , they keep saying the money that I paid is not reflecting on their side and that they will call me back.im stuck and confused
