Bad service

I am utterly disappointed in the service i am receiving from my bank. On numerous occasions I have phoned them about the status of my personal loan and has even gone to the bank more than once. Currently I have been trying to reach the person handling the claim and without any luck i cannot reach her. Greatly disappointed.
