Bad service

I"m extremely dissatisfied with Nedbank service. Myself and my husband has been contacting them regarding a query we have on our homeloan settlement values and no one seem to be able to assist as no one knows nothing. Instead we are being transferred from pillar to post. Till to date no help has been offered. I work in the banking industry and this is not the service i provide to my client
