BAD SERVICE
Its been 3years since we dealt with a person called Bheki Mqwabi at Nedbank Vereeniging regarding a will. He advised that it should take 8 weeks for it to be drafted and then we will be called to sign it off. As I said its been 3 YEARS and not even feedback from this guy! He is the worst experience I've come across from NEDBANK. No courtesy calls, explanation or email NOTHING. I demand that something be done about this ASAP!
