Have been waiting for service for more than 1 hour 30min here at the Cape Town branch

07 Aug 2025, 14:48I have been in the bank for over 2 hours and 30min and still did not get helped. I have been using Nedbank for the past 14 years and I have always had the bank however. I lost my phone and now trying to get the banking app it’s an issue so I think it’s time to move to F N B or a bank that will allow me to have a banking app.
