Bad service

I'm completely dissatisfied with the Nedbank service. I have to wait for more than 8days for the money to be cleared in my account. The money was transferred on the 6th July till today the money is not cleared yet. I can see the money in my account but I can't withdraw nor use my account. This is really disappointing for such a service from Nedbank. I went inside the bank and still being referred from pillar to post. It really a disgrace for such a service.
