Bad service

<p>I whent to the bank on the 25 March to give my wife power of atourny on my account we fuld in all paper work and gave them a coppy of my wife id yesterday when my wife whent to the bank to get statements for me they said she is not on the system i whent to the bank they cant find the paper work its lost dont know where it is i left my id book at the branch know they dont whant to give to my wife what can i do about this</p>
