Bad Service

<p>On Sunday 09 October2016 I received a email from Byron where he tells me that my account is in areas of R3700.00 and I must pay it or make arrangements to pay it off.On Monday I received a call from a rude person called Enrich Staffen cell num. ********** 63 who threatens to repossed my car if I don't pay R2200.00 before the 14October 2016.I try to explain to him that I lost my job but I found work as a driver and will be able to pay the full amount with a extra R500.00 to cover my arreas at the end of the month but he refuse to listen to reason .</p> <p>I immediately go to nedbank tygervalley where I was told to contact Mfc from a phone inside the bank.I spend 3hours on that phone and was cut off more than 10times because of *********** staff from nedbank.They try to get hold of Byron and his senior Freddy but both of them was not at work.I left the bank unhappy at 14h00 but decide to come back the next day.</p> <p>On Tuesday I arrive at the bank at 10h00 and try to get hold of Byron and Freddy for 2hours but they were absent again.After a while I was helped by a very nice guy called Cladmen Africa who go out of his way to connect me with someone.</p> <p>I was connected with a very rude lady called Elzaanie Conradie( ********** 433) who thinks she is the owner of Nedbank.She did not even try to assist me in any way.All she care was is to be rude.</p> <p>Never did I think that I will be treated like this ,the day when I'm unemployed.It seems that you only useful when you have a job but when you unemployed all nedbank cares is to repossed your property.My car must be repossed because of R3700.00.what a bleddy joke.I'm closing all my accounts with Nedbank.</p>
