Bad Service

<p>Bought a house and due to family crisis the house ended up being sold by nedbank on auction way more than the amount I was owing to cover the costs. To my surprise I discovered that the house is still not yet cancelled under my name. Right now I am unable to do anything under my name I kept being told that I still have a house. I went to nedbank home loans to find out whats happening and I spoke to Dineo who told me and showed me that the house was sold more than the amount that was owing and she also do not understand why cancellation department did not cancell the house under my name because I do not owe anything to nedbank. She promised to send the request to the cancellation department requesting them to cancell the house on my name. I have been waiting for a month now, no one has came back to me, and when I call no one has a clue of whats happening and no one is willing to assist me. I need this house cancelled on my name so I can move on with my life because this thing is like a wall in front of me I cannot do anything without being told that I am still owning a house.
