BAD SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed of service that one is receiving from Nedbank. On the 19th of April I logged on to my internet profile and discovered that my account was over drawn with R119.80. When I called to find out they told me that it was an amount of a transaction that I had done on the 2nd of September 2015. Of which it didn't make sense. I accepted and did a transfer of R500 from my saving account into my cheque account and the R119.80 went off. On top of that I withdrew an amount of R350.00. According to my knowledge I still had R30 in my account. Then this morning I got a notification sms saying that my account was over-drawn with an amount of R219.13. All I want is for Nedbank to restore my account to what it was since I cannot get any explanation after making 3 calls. It is not the first time that I am experiencing this. For the past 2 month I have been struggling to get them to change the date for my overdraft reduction to the 25th of every month instead of the 21st. As soon as this is sorted, I am settling my overdraft and I am out there.

Furious Customer
Vuyo
