On the 19 went to collect card as i did not receive any notificstion to collect to my surprise nedbank protea glen was under construction call the call centre number to follow up how do i go about gettting the card i end up telling the consultant to send the card to maponya they told me the number captured is not the same number m giving them i must go to the branch to change so i can get notifications i do i call them sgain tbey do some verification m now told ohk they will inform the distributor to take the card to maponya email has been sent u can check monday call furst if u dnt get a message to collect .i called monday 24 .01 m told card still with the distributor ul get it by 24 hours .today 25 i call again to my surprise i am told card still shows it must go to protea glen spoke to a team leader Busi Khumalo who advise she will follow up and give me a call at 14.00 i call back again 14.30 she advised the agent she on a meeting

Lost faith in this m just sscared now the next thing il be paying for something i never received seeing that the are alot of **********ly things done in this country .such a big bank Nedbank to treat their customers this way the airtime iv waisted calling nedbank All the agents there ar lying to customer .
