Bad service

The service at nedbank king williamstown taylor street sucks.Its the third day i que for card collection and all at no success.the door gets closed before i sm being attended to.i excuse myself to come and collect this card everyday and i have to que with people requiring all services.We que outside whether it raining or not.FRite now we queing in a sun and the likelihood is that i may not be attended to.I cannot believe the stupidity and service delay done by a credible bank like this and its actually disgusting.This has to improve as we all queing with all age groups including aged people outside.There has to be an intervention,this is not righ
