Bad service!

Not a happy almost first time customer. And I say almost because I am a first time customer that app**** for an account. Got approved within 24 hours, received notices that I will receive my card within 4 days. 4 working days or 4 days I do not care because it's been more than 4 working days. Absolutely bad service! Got approved on the 1st of September, Today is the 12th of September. Still nothing. I am thinking of canceling everything and go with a bank that is willing to help me.
