Good day Ive got a loan @ your branch and i received very bad service from your head office i urgently need a letter from you but inatead of that they said to me that they only work from sms but sms is not helping me i need that letter urgently to proved it doe something pls my contact number is *** i urgently need someone to contact me this ia very bad service
