Good day, Last week Nedbank Insuramce phoned me to tell me my Insurance is canceled. The person that phoned me was Thamo Khumalo and she also send me a letter to confirmed that they canceled my Insurance. This morning I phoned regarding the deduction they made on my account because I need my refund and they just say Bridgette the team leader is not at her desk. I'm still waiting for feedback from Nedbank Insurance regarding the money they deduct from my account. They canceled the insurance and still deduct money from my account. That's what you call *****ing from customers... I need feed from Nedbank Insurance as Ghamieda thats a Manager according to her, also promised me that Bridgete will call me back and no call yet. . Will you guys please give feedback.
