Bad service

Today my friend send me money in the morning around 10 am from his Nedbank account to my Fnb account and he selected instant payment but to our suprise no money was receiving and im literally stuck without petrol because the money was strictly for petrol. Im so angry because im stuck and when he calls the call centre he is told it will update and now its 16h48
