Bad service

I have app**** for the loan and i have spoken to a guy Lungi and he requested some documents and i sent them, after been doing a follow up without him getting back to me😟 I went to an app doesn't help, this morning i called and Ntombikayise transferred me to another line without even telling me, so rude as i am holding for 19minutes without help...Iyoh what an incompetence
